1:1 COACHING

Completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 coaching offers personalized support.

We look at goals and I put together a plan for you. I have a large arsenal of tools and materials to draw from to support you in reaching those goals.

My niche is the Elimination “Diet”, and I encourage everyone go on it at least once. It is roughly a two month process (timeline is different for everyone).

It is the best tool I have to offer in determining what foods are making you sick and causing unwanted symptoms.

Group coaching

Find community with group coaching.

Groups of at most six.

Meet bi-weekly and support each others progress.

Make new friends and find a built-in place to feel safe, heard, acknowledged and celebrated.

    Because achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as habit building, understanding food labels, reducing environmental toxins, and more.
